Disassociating from your pain is not healing it, it’s only numbing it and creating toxic patterns of behavior on top of trying to survive.
There is hope for healing, let’s have a healing conversation today. Reach out, experience freedom and safety in your process, heal from the inside out and be aware that no one else has experienced what you have in the way that you have.
May I encourage you- do not rob yourself of your process of healing by comparing your trauma to others trauma. Even if we feel alone in our journey, we must heal together.
The Body of Christ needs to have heal-thy spaces and goals for those who are suffering silently. It’s time!
